Functionality questions

I am looking for some help judging the functionality of this plugin to see if it’s what I need for my site.

Firstly, I have a query about lead times / preparation time. I see an option in the settings for setting the number of minutes of preparation time, but is this only applicable to the ASAP orders?

I’m most interested in the scheduled delivery option as most of our products will only be ready for delivery from the next day. Is there a way to configure this so that it excludes same-day delivery?

Also, is there any option to select which products are available for delivery with Uber Direct? Or is it all products by default and no way to change that?
