    Hi,

    I’m experiencing an issue with LiteSpeed Cache Image Optimization (v7.8.0.1).

    When I try to send optimization requests, the process gets stuck indefinitely and no images are being optimized.

    I’ve waited for a long time, but nothing progresses.

    Could you please check and advise on how to resolve this?

    please provide the report number

    you can get it in toolbox -> report -> click “send to LiteSpeed”

    I’m not sure if image optimize is working …
    I’m trying to do things manually and it seems I don’t get pull images to press it

    please go to https://my.quic.cloud -> domain -> setting -> server IP , make sure that is correct IP

    then go to image optm -> clean up unfinished data, send again , see if it pulls back later on

    hi, i see now it’s working but it’s only limited with 1 image…

    how I can make it fast and move to work with more images …

    I’m afraid to stop it and then won’t work anymore

    first few runs is small amount , like 1 , then 5, then 10 …etc , after 4, 5 times it will then run 200 images per batch

    I fixed the ip as you requested…

    will follow up to see if the limit will change or not

    It writes “You can request a maximum of 0 images at once.”
    It means Monthly free quota is utlized?
    I need to wait to next month so it will optimize the remaining images?

    @brandsline you can check the quota on Dashboard: https://docs.litespeedtech.com/lscache/lscwp/dashboard/ Also you can click on “Refresh Usage”
    I see that requests have been done today(29th March). You hit daily free quota. Last 10 days there were 1000+ images optimized
    Other place where you can find these details are on QC account, by connecting with account you registered in plugin QC connect page.

    @brandsline New quota will be reset at 00:00 GMT-4(New York Time)
    The optimization will run 1000 images then stop the rest of day
