Half my entries are going to spam since recent updates.

Spoken to Gravity form and they say its due to using a cache (always used this).

    This is what they stated…

I noticed the third-party Zero Spam add-on is installed, they released an update recently that changes how they generate the token used for their spam check.

If the page where the form is embedded is cached, the new token won’t be included in the submission, so they will be marked as spam.

@inventis, we are aware of the issue are currently working on a solution. Could you please install the latest plugin build, monitor submissions, and let us know whether they are still being marked as spam? Also, are you by any chance hosted on WP Engine?

Hi – It sent 80 leads to spam over 2 days and stopped my google ad conversions so don’t want to reinstall anything until we know its working 100%

@inventis, I’m sorry to hear that. If you’d rather not try the build with the fix, you can downgrade to v1.6.0 or exclude /wp-json/gf-zero-spam/* from your server’s cache.

@inventis, version 1.7.3 was released last week and includes several fixes intended to resolve this issue. If you’re still experiencing the problem, please contact us directly so we can take a closer look at your specific setup and figure out what’s still causing the issue.
