    I purchased a “Lifetime 3-site Pro License” a few years back. I changed websites and want to transfer my license to my new sites. When I login to my ASE account, the Account page is BLANK. NADA. Nothing there! I can view an old support ticket, so I know that I’m logged in, but there is no where, that I can find, where I can view and/or edit my license.

    HELP!!!!

    @jlewinski it’s usually because you logged in with an email address that is not associated with the purchase of the license. Please go to https://www.wpase.com and use the contact form on the lower right corner (make sure to logout first), and share your full name and email addresses you use to make purchases of plugin licenses. I’ll cross-check with the database which email is on record. Please note that this wp.org forum is strictly limited for supporting the free version of ASE per the forum’s guidelines.
