    Hi all,

Thank you for your patience as we worked hard on resolving some of the issues you have reported around H5P.

I can now confirm that a hotfix for the WordPress plugin breaking when installing new libraries related to the new look and feel, has now been completed.

Users who installed the new content updates with a version prior to that fix should have these issues resolved as well when viewing the content. (i.e. – any issues related to loading wrong css/js should now be resolved for both old and new installations).

    Kelly,

    Hi @gmmfirst

Please can you share details of the error, the version you are using and any other details on how the issue could be replicated.

    Thanks

Hi @gmmfirst it is still unclear to me the specific error.

    Can you help by providing:

    1. Detailed steps to reproduce the bug (exactly how and when did it happen)
    2. Platform and version number. E.g. Drupal, WordPress, Moodle.
    3. Mobile or Desktop
    4. Browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari etc
    5. H5P plugin version
    6. H5P content type and version (if a content type was used), and a sample URL or attached H5P.
    7. Any browser console errors
    8. Any PHP errors
    9. Screenshots if it’s a visual problem
    10. Any recent changes to the environment (new plugins/modules, updates, configuration changes etc.)
    11. Any recent changes to the browser you’re using (new extensions, updates etc.)

The more information you provide, the quicker the community will be able to fix it and the quicker you’ll have a working solution!

    Hi @gmmfirst

At the moment, I cannot identify the issue you are facing, and the screenshots are not visible.

Users who installed the new content updates with a version prior to that fix should have these issues resolved as well when viewing the content. (i.e. – any issues related to loading wrong css/js should now be resolved for both old and new installations).

I also recommend you visit our open source community who may also have insight:
