Hi @srd75
We’re sorry to hear your popup doesn’t display properly.
We checked the popup but couldn’t reproduce the issue. See our test here: https://share.zight.com/KouXQqEg
Please clear all your caches to fix any possible caching issues. This includes your browser, caching plugin, WordPress, and server/CDN caches.
Here’s a helpful guide: https://wordpress.org/documentation/article/faq-i-make-changes-and-nothing-happens/
In Popup Settings > Display > Position, you can set the ‘Location’ of the popup to control exactly where it appears. See: https://share.zight.com/wbu4eWZD
Please try using this option instead of CSS positioning and let us know if it works for you.

Hi,
I’ve cleared my browser cache and loaded in incognito.

Can you help us with some CSS to align the popup in the middle, please?

Hi @jamiepineda
Can you see why the popup does not close when clicking the yellow Close button, please?
Hi @srd75
We appreciate the screen recording, but it didn’t show us anything. Could you send another recording that shows exactly what you’re seeing on your side?
We’ve checked the popup again, and it still appears in the center when the page first loads. This means we’re still unable to reproduce the location issue on our end.
However, we were able to see the issue with the close button. We also noticed a JavaScript error in the console related to your LiteSpeed Cache plugin. See: https://share.zight.com/nOuxWxD5
Could you try purging/clearing your LiteSpeed Cache plugin’s cache? After that, please exclude the following from being optimized:
JavaScript: /wp-content/uploads/pum/pum-site-scripts.js
CSS: /wp-content/uploads/pum/pum-site-style.css
Let us know how it goes.

Hi,
I’ve whitelisted the JS & CSS files, cleared the LSC cache, performed a hard refresh, but the issue remains.
Hi @srd75
Thanks for the update.
We checked your site again, and the popup still shows in the center when the page loads. Also, the close button works now, and we’re not seeing any JavaScript errors in the console anymore.
See our test here: https://share.zight.com/WnuvG9Bl
Can you please confirm if everything is working as expected on your end now?
If the issue persists, please check for a plugin/theme conflict by following this guide: https://wppopupmaker.com/docs/problem-solving/test-whether-a-plugin-or-theme-interferes-with-popup-maker/
