New Netatmo Weather Plugin

Hi folks,

since all working plugins for Netatmo and WordPress are no longer being supported and developed, I have decided to write a plugin myself.
At the moment it is still under development and it would be nice if one or the other could test it and/or have further ideas. Unfortunately, my site is only in German, but the plugin is bilingual (German/English)
