    Hi,
    I read other topics about this problem, but could not resolve my issue. I believe the problem is on hosting provider side, but before I contact my hosting provider, I would like to collect more information so I can support my case and help to resolve this.

    from the IP address, it looks like you have some kind of proxy in front of your server

    could you please ask your provider the relationship on this .133 IP and your site IP (I think the .231) ?
