    Hello at all of you!

When i try to confugure the WooCommerce PayPal Payments plugin, after done all steps of guided configuration ( PayPal side included ) i fall in a loop. In partcular it responds with the following message:

    Complete Your Payment Setup

To finalize your payment setup, please log in to PayPal. If you don’t have an account yet, don’t worry – we’ll guide you through the easy process of creating one.

Then i make login, all seems to be good, but at the end i always have the same message as above.

I tryed to disable and enalble plugin but the problem is still on.

    How can i solve?

    Thank you in advance.

    Daniel

    Hi @delvaet ,

Thank you for reaching out to us, we are here to help.

When the automatic PayPal onboarding process does not complete, you can use the manual connection method instead. Here’s how:

    1. Go to WooCommerce → Settings → Payments → PayPal.
    2. Scroll to the bottom of the connection screen, find “See Advanced Options”.
    3. Click on “Manually Connect”.
    4. Enter your Client ID and Secret, which you can generate from your PayPal Developer Dashboard.

Let us know if that works for you.

    Best Regards,
    Jamie

    Hi @delvaet ,

    Thank you for your response.

We suggest checking your Browser Console – Open your browser’s developer console (F12) and look for:

    • JavaScript errors when clicking “Connect Account”
    • Failed network requests to /wc/v3/wc_paypal/authenticate/direct
    • “PPCP reCAPTCHA” related errors

Alternatively, to speed up the whole process we suggest you to contact us directly for further assistance. You can open a ticket with our service desk. Here’s how you can request support: Request Support. Please make sure to include the URL of this thread in your ticket for reference.

    Best Regards,
    Jamie
