Fil upload not found

    We have a site and this has been working fine for a long time, but all of the sudden the file is not visible backend. The client says that the file has been uploaded, but it´s not attached to the order. Do you have any known issues? We use Divi as a theme, all is updated.

    Hello,

    Could you please provide a link to your site so I can check it out?
    Please also check in the uploads folder and see if the files are there under: “wp-content/uploads/wc_drag-n-drop_uploads/order-{order_id}“

    Of course, the site in questions is above.

    And when I checked the folder, all files are stored here – last ones yesterday.
