Exclusion criteria

Hi, I was wondering whether it would be possible to add exclusion criteria to multichoice fields, such as choices could be checked either as present or absent from the content. I’d like to be able to filter out content with both taxonomies A & B, to get only content with taxonomy A and without taxonomy B. Is that already possible? I can’t find a way to do it for now. Thanks.
