    Hello,

    I have a field that should only appear if a previous option in a radio is selected. In the preview it works fine, but it doesn’t work when I check the form in the real page. It seems like a problem with javascript but I do not see anything related in the console.

    The condition appear with the 2nd radio in the section: “Etiquetatge a Xarxes Socials”

    Any idea? Thanks!

    After some investigation it seems JS is not loading or is being deferred or similar.

    Hello there,

    In that case, it seems like the issue is related to a caching plugin conflict. Would you please temporarily disable all of your caching and security plugins and check if the issue gets resolved or not?

    Hello, I just deactivate all plugins and tried again and the problem persist while in the preview works perfectly.

    I was working the weekind in trying to find if the JS was correctly loading but I’m not sure what file I should check for. Is it a global JS or specific file?

    I’m really confused because it seems a conflict with something of my website, but I cannot find it. The theme used is underscores (blank one where I created all the code of it)

    Fixed. It was a double calling of jQuery.
