Sidebar Issues

Need sidebar help as I can’t figure out how to place my advertisement in the sidebar as there is no place for the widget as I add a widget it places it at the bottom of the sidebar.

Check out the site http://www.cfour11.com The space I need to add the ads is on the right hand side bar at the top.

Now I do know html and css so if I need to place script that way I can.

Any assistance would be gratly appreciated.
