Installation and URL problem

    Hi – I have recently deleted my old website pages in favour of installing WordPress and creating a Static front page. Whilst all is fine and WordPress is running my URL is not quite right.

    Example 1 – I added my URL to my stationery as http://www.windsorartscene.com

    This no longer works (did with my old non-wordpress site).

    Example 2 – If I add http://www.windsorartscene.com/index then all is fine.

    How do I correct this? Do I do it on my hosts server? e.g. move WP from the Index folder I created when I installed?

    As I have paid out for Business Cards etc, I would like to have the root URL as per example 1
