It overrides your theme CSS, so it is not displayed.
which plugin overrides my theme and what steps to fix it ?
the issue was that image https://quranoasis.com/wp-content/plugins/country-phone-field-contact-form-7/assets/img/flags.png was optimized and lose it’s size and quality
