Centering Photos

I am trying to center a photo at the top of a new post and am not able to get it to move from flush left–I’ve tried using the Center Image command in the photo editing, as well as the text center command–the commands show up in the html code exactly as they do for other photos that I’ve successfully centered in earlier posts–but the photo stays flush left.

I have reduced it in size from its original–but I’ve done that to a few of the other photos that I’ve successfully centered. Any suggestions?
