Excellent; not all free; higher compression no. means higher quality

Yes, this seems excellent as I start using it, for converting files to webp and avif formats.
As often with plugins, it’s “free” for basic functionality – which indeed does a lot that’s splendid.
But for more, like differing levels of compression for different image file types, there are paid options.
One thing I found odd/confusing was info saying that “Higher values apply stronger compression across all image sizes and reduce quality more noticeably.”; I was sceptical of this.
Indeed, in document on Image Quality Presets it seems that higher values mean better compression, less quality reduction.
