Users are Getting Spam Error

    Help! This site is blocking actual emails from sending. I saw a similar topic where you said to check spam log. I do not see that. How do I loosen controls to let humans through? I tried a couple of settings and cleared cache and I still get the error:

    Your request looks like spam.

    *** Forbidden. Anti-Spam by CleanTalk. ***

    I’m also very concerned that this is the case on ALL of my sites if there is a setting that I did not know about.

    Hello,

    I can see that some visitors’ parameters are transmitted incorrectly by our plugin. This causes false positives. Sorry for the inconvenience.

    Please do the following:

    1. WordPress Admin Page -> Settings -> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk -> Advanced settings ->
      -> set the ‘Set cookies’ option to ‘Auto’;
      -> set the ‘Use Anti-Spam by CleanTalk JavaScript library’ option to ‘On’;
      -> Save Changes.
    2. Set the cache update time on the site to no more than 24 hours (it’s important).
    3. Clear all the cache on your website.

    yes, I was able to send a test. This was the part that helped ‘Use Anti-Spam by CleanTalk JavaScript library’ Because I had already changed the cookies setting.

    I do not think there is a setting for the 24-hour caching you said is important.
