Hi there!
Thanks for sharing the checkout page link and for explaining the issue. I understand that the address and payment input areas are missing, and I can see why that would be concerning.
I’ve tried to replicate the issue on your site, but most of the products appear as out of stock, and I’m not able to add a product to the cart to access the checkout.
Could you please share a link to a product that is in stock so I can test the checkout page properly and help identify the cause?
I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:
- System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status
- Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
Please use https://pastebin.com/ or https://gist.github.com/ and share a link to that paste in reply here. Once we have more information, we’ll be able to assist you further.
Hi @kupiter we haven’t heard from you in a while, however, it looks like the issue was resolved. This is what I am seeing on the checkout page.

Hi
The problem solved, it seems to be some conflict of plugin, possibly Wordfence and the Theme, but your input was strange as tplaza.com.au have 150K products in total, 130K of them are in stock, can you kindly reconfirm you can not find products in stock in the /shop page? if so, then we have another issue to solve.
Regards
Edwin
Hi @kupiter,
Glad to hear that the checkout issue is now resolved, and thanks for circling back with the details around the plugin conflict. It is great to know you were able to narrow that down successfully.
Regarding the products in stock, I have checked your shop page at https://tplaza.com.au/shop/ and I can confirm that I am seeing many products available and in stock there, so there does not appear to be any issue with product availability on the shop page itself.
Since the reported checkout issue is now resolved, this thread can be marked as such. If WooCommerce has been helpful for your store and you found the support useful, we would really appreciate you taking a moment to leave a review here
