Divi 5 and the Visual Builder

    I’ve exhausted all routes and cannot get an answer from Elegant Themes. Does WP Offload Media Lite work in Divi 5?

    I have an S3 bucket and CDN and everything works well on the frontend, however in the visual builder I can see an image when it is newly added and saved, but when the builder is reopened the image disappears making some designs a problem. Is this a known error with Divi 5, I tried in V4 and do not have this issue.

    If upgrading is an option to solve this I am happy to go for a paid version now that I have tested the basic functionality of your plugin, but if it remains a bug on the part of ET or yourselves then I am not at this stage pursuing this further.

    I hope you can clarify what I am seeing is correct (doesn’t work) and advise of anything I can do now or in the future if updates will be made?

    Thanks for your reply, however that’s a very old article. Divi 4 works with the Lite version however Divi 5 does not. Is there any way to test the pro version to see if this resolved the issue, because I believe it does not? I reached out to Divi support and they said that Divi 5 has issues displaying CDN images and it’s a bug to fix.

    I’m a bit unsure now who is telling me what the real answer is…
