    Hello,

I am trying to create a free shipping if a specific coupon is used, but it seems like your plugin is checking the amount of the coupon discount instead of the coupon code.

Is there any way to create a condition based on coupon code?

    Hi Seb,

The Coupon condition works by default on the coupon code itself. Only if you add a % or $ sign it will change the matching method to amount/percentage.

If it isn’t working as such, could you post screenshots?

    Cheers,
    Jeroen

    Hi Jeroen,

    Please find screenshots:

We added a 50 € discount on the coupon to simulate the free shipping.

    Hi,

I can’t tell based on the screenshots if the conditions are matching.

But please try lowercase as Woo coupons are always lowercased.

    Cheers,
    Jeroen

    Hi Jeroen,

It’s working using lowercase coupon code! Thanks!

Any chance your plugin could automatically lowercase them to avoid this issue?
Marketing teams usually type coupon code in uppercase.

Thanks for the suggestion, I’ll consider it to include with the next update.

    Jeroen
