Sending a test email for our Contact page isn’t working using SmartSMTP. It can’t seem to authentic smtp.office365.com and it always shows a Google Error even though I didn’t select Google as our provider under “Other”

    Hi @njjobmarketrob,

It looks like your test emails are failing because Office 365 SMTP needs correct settings and sometimes an app password if MFA is enabled. Please check:

    • SMTP Host: smtp.office365.com
    • Port: 587 (TLS)
    • Username: your full Office 365 email
    • Password: your email password or app password if MFA is on

Also, make sure “Other” is selected in SmartSMTP and save before testing. This usually fixes the Google error and authentication issue.

    Best Regards!
