i updated WP to 3.0.4 and since then, nothing show up; only a blank space.
i did try many things, but still… i haven’t move a thing, everything just stopped to work suddenly.

Did you guys get this sorted?

I’m going through the same problem. The audio player element is definitely there just not visible, except on a few individual posts.

Pretty annoying for a music blog!

thanks for your post.
i finally changed the theme of my web site.
this solved the problem for me, as the author wasn’t updating it.

I’m having the same problem. I’m using the Thesis theme and don’t know how to add the code without crashing the site. I’ve been to the Thesis site and WordPress Audio Player site and haven’t been able to find any help.

Does anyone have any suggestions how to make it work?
