Hi – I’m working on a local website – a child theme of Twenty Twenty-Four. When I activated WPB Accordion Menu, I was unable to select any of my menus from “Data SourceChoose the accordion type that you want.

To troubleshoot this, I deactivated all of the plugins except for WPB Accordion Menu, cleared the cache numerous times, and when I was still unable to select a menu, I activated numerous other wordpress themes, all fresh, without any customizations.

Is there something about running your plugin using Local by Flywheel that makes it impossible for me to view and select a menu that I’d like to use for your plugin?

Note: I can select Taxonomy + Hierarchical Posts, no problem. I was able to select a taxonomy, and also a post type. The only thing that won’t work for me is the Menu section.

    Thanks,

    Beatty

    Hi,

Thanks for pointing this issue. New WordPress themes doesn’t add support for the classic navigation menu system by default. This is why our data source not showing any menu items to choose.
I just released an update for this plugin. It will bring back the classic navigation page in the WordPress admin area. After upgrading it on your site, Go to the site admin > Appearance > Menu. Here create a menu and save it. After that go back to the accordion editor page. And you will see the menu here that you just created.

    Thank You
