• I have sent you guys about 10 emails this week, and you haven’t responded. The customer service is really shockingly bad.

I have had to resort to using the assistance of AI, since you have not responded to any of my messages today – poor customer service indeed!

My Growth Plan license is active, but when I try to enable Cohorts or other Growth Plan addons, I get “Upgrade Your Plan!” popups.

    Current status:
    – License page shows: Active

    – Plan: Growth
    – Base plugin: v1.1.6
    – Pro plugin: v1.1.6
    – Issue: Addon system not recognising Growth Plan tier

    I’ve tried:
    – Deactivating/reactivating license
    – Clearing all caches
    – Matching plugin versions
    – Different browsers

This appears to be a Freemius sync issue between license API and addon activation check. Please refresh my license on your server or provide updated plugin files that properly recognise my Growth Plan.

Your support link in the dashboard doesn’t work either.

I also sent a screen recording to you about three days ago, to show the issue for you, but no one in support has even viewed it. It looks like you don’t care about your customers.

Why charge for a plugin, promise priority support and not even get back to customers?

Here are screenshots below showing the issues. Can you kindly sort this out??

There is still no response from you. Despite emailing more than three days ago, and posting here.

I will keep documenting here until I get a response. This is what your priority response looks like. Absolutely disappointing and shocking.
