Renewal Payment

We have recently renewed our annual subscription; however, we have noticed a discrepancy with the renewal dates.
Our original renewal date was 2 February 2026, but following the recent renewal, the new renewal date has been set to 6 January 2027, which appears to be calculated from the purchase date rather than extending from the existing renewal period. As a result, we have effectively lost nearly one month of our subscription.
We believe this is incorrect and would expect the renewal date to be 2 February 2027, reflecting a full year from the original renewal date. We would appreciate it if you could review this and adjust the renewal date accordingly.
