    First of all, apologies for the delayed response and the inconvenience caused to you due to this.

    To help us investigate this properly and try to replicate the issue on our staging environment, could you please share:

    • A short screen recording/video showing:
      • How the delivery note layout appears now
      • The issue with the Save button not working in the template editor
    • Screenshots of the plugin settings currently configured on your site.
    • WooCommerce and the PHP version you are using.

    This will help us clearly see what’s happening on your end and identify the root cause more efficiently.

    Once we have the video/screenshots and settings details, we’ll investigate further and update you with our findings or a fix as soon as possible.
