• I have this set up for UK and EEA customers, however a customer in Sweden has told me it’s not showing up for them. Any idea why?

    Thank you for contacting Payment Plugins. Can you provide additional information such as the payment method you’re referring to?

    Or are all payment methods not showing for your customer in Sweden?

    Morning! Yes sorry, it’s Klarna which isn’t showing. They could only try card or PayPal. Their order was showing in GBP though despite them being in Sweden, could that have anything to do with it?

    Further, I did a mock order to ship to Sweden from my front end of the site and could see Klarna as an option.
