    Clean Talk is block valid email inquiries to my website. From what I can see, this has been occuring for a while but I can’t confirm for sure because I can only see data logs for the previous 7 days. Please help.

    Hello,

    I can see that some visitors’ parameters are transmitted incorrectly by our plugin. This causes false positives. Sorry for the inconvenience.

    Please do the following:

    1. WordPress Admin Page -> Settings -> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk -> Advanced settings ->
      -> set the ‘Set cookies’ option to ‘Auto’;
      -> set the ‘Use Anti-Spam by CleanTalk JavaScript library’ option to ‘On’;
      -> Save Changes.
    2. Set the cache update time on the site to no more than 24 hours (it’s important).
    3. Clear all the cache on your website.
