[Plugin: AdSense Integrator] Adsense Integrator Option always checked

I use WP version 2.8.6 and use Adsense Integrator version 1.7.3, and in my posts always appear the following:

– Custom fields : alway appear custom “name : ads_int_disable” and “value: 1” . It’s always appear automatically when I add a new posts. Although I did not add this custom field to any posts. So, how can i disable this forever to any post ?

– Adsense Integrator Option : this always default to checked. I also tried to unchecked, but it does not work. How can i resolve this problem ?
