Double submissions with cache?

    Hello,

    I have issue that submissions show double when Seraphinite Accelerator is active, even if caching exclude rules are set to exclude specific URLs where my survey is.

    I see double thank you message as well as double entries in submissions, with exact same “second” of submission.

    Can you check why this happens? Is there something else to be excluded, some js files from your plugin or how to make it work with cache?

    Thank you for the topic.

    We tested the plugin you mentioned on our side, but we were not able to reproduce this issue.

    Could you please export your plugin settings from here (see the screenshot below) and send us that exported file so we can test your exact settings on our side.

    Also, just to confirm, when that plugin is deactivated, the issue does not occur, correct?

    Thanks for the fast reply! Yes, this does not happen with plugin turned off.

    My URLs that are affected are located at:
    https://www.mysite.com/survey/

    This means after /survey/ i have many pages with different surveys.
