    I carried out all the usual debugging/disabling other plugins, etc, with no joy, but rolling the plugin back to 2.11.0 has resolve the error, so it was caused by the update to 2.11.1. Devs please be aware. I look forward to version 2.11.2 please!

    Our site uses Elementor, whether that is relevant or not!

    Hello @mojoke,

    Have you customized the templates used to display the directory? In this case you should verify and update your custom templates after upgrading to the version 2.11.1. See doc Advanced Tab: Override Templates

    Go to wp-admin> Ultimate Member> Settings> Advanced > Override Templates and click the “Re-check templates” button to see outdated templates. These templates may be outdated: members.php, members-grid.php, members-list.php. You should fix your custom templates or remove them to use default templates.

    If you’ll decide fix your custom templates, then open these  files in your theme and verify that the $unique_hash  variable is declared this way:
    $unique_hash = UM()->member_directory()->get_directory_hash( $args['form_id'] );

    You should also update attributes that contain the hash in the members.php template. See this image: https://ibb.co/BVMjYfSw

    Verify that you are using Elementor Version 3.33.6
    because the 3.33.5 version did display a lot of characters in Members Directory.

    You can read this thread about recent Elementor issues:

    Thanks for your replies guys.

    I’m using Elementor 3.33.6, and all member directories are using default templates. I’d love to make the profile tiles smaller though, but thats beyond my programming skills!

    Best, Kevin

    Hi @mojoke

    Do you want to reduce the profile card width to display more columns in the Member Directory grid on large screens? You can use a solution described in the article How to change the number of columns in grid view in Member Directory
