Footer Issues with Extendable theme

Hello, my name is Kenny Cramer,

I am currently building my website and right now I am having issues with the footer. Every time that I edit it and then hit save, none of the change that I made appear on the website. I have tried everything that I know how to do, which is not a lot, and nothing seems to work. I am hoping that someone can help me out with this issue.

I am willing to have a tech go in the back end and solve the issue if that would make things easier.
