• I cant find a fix for this, and it seems to be going on for year.

    Everytime someone makes a payment, it is taken ok in Sumup, but the order stays on pending payment.

    I have disabled the hold stock and disabled the create an account on checkout.

    Neither of this have resolved this issue.

    Does anyone have a fix for this. Thanks

  • are you using cloudflare by any chance? I had the same issue but just occasionally, i had to create an unproxied subdomain that points to the same folder as the website, then modify the plugin checkout create method to include a filter in the beginning, then use the filter to modify the return_url to be unproxied.my-website.com instead of my-website.com

    that fixed it, but it should be an easily customizable option in the settings of the plugin instead of requiring us to modify the code

    No not using cloudfare. I also disabled my country blocker, and that made no difference.

    I spoke to sumup who said to install action scheduler. The only thing this did was if the customer after placing an order browsed to another page, it would then change to processing, but if they just closed the browser, it stays as payment pending.
