The Developer Handbook about Plugins Readme says about using Markdown:

The readmes use a customized version of Markdown. Most Markdown calls work as expected.

Nested lists are shown right, but the translation does not work here. The string “Browsers are blocked if the browser and/or system are outdated:” is translated to german but is shown in english.

Is this a bug or not supported?

I took a look, but I can’t find any other plugin that uses such lists in the readme. In your case, it may also be related to the wp.org cache – wait another 1-2 days. Otherwise, maybe ask in #meta on Slack.

I think, it isn’t a cache problem, the translation is older than 4 days.

Looks good when I checked. Maybe it was cache and got resolved now?

No it isn’t good: The line “Browsers are blocked if the browser and/or system are outdated:” is an english one.
