Upgrade issues

I have already paid for VW Themes Pro, yet my dashboard keeps prompting me to upgrade to Pro and the features are not unlocking. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Please fix this issue immediately, as it is disrupting my work and making the template feel amateur.
