First of all, thank you. I have been using your forms plugin for a long time, but when I save the settings in CF7, like redirection or other ones, it just won’t save.

Try switching to the default theme, deactivating all plugins excluding Contact Form 7, Akismet Anti-spam, Classic Editor, Really Simple Security and WP Mail SMTP, and clearing all cache data.

Why you are advised to deactivate plugins and switch to the default theme.
