6.9 Tools>Export XML file error

After updating to 6.9, the Export tool does not work. This is the last line I get in the XML file.

</html>Previous exports for my site are about 2M, after the update it’s only 84kb and clearly not complete.
The rest of the site appears to be working fine, I can’t find any pages misbehaving. Just can’t export. I can’t find the referenced email with instructions.
Reverted to previous WordPress version and export works as expected.

Facing Same Problem during export , following message showing

Error code: 500 Internal Server Error
