After the 6.9 update, the design of websites created in Elementor broke. I noticed that blocks inserted into the page using shortcodes were broken. I discovered that the CSS files for these blocks (like post-111.css) weren’t loading. Enabling the option to embed CSS in the code in Elementor’s settings solved the problem.

I’m not sure how your website is structured. Elementor doesn’t use blocks, but Elementor widgets. If I understand correctly, you use shortcodes to integrate blocks there? Where do these shortcodes come from, who provides them?

I meant templates (sections) inserted using a shortcode

Then we still need more information about this:

Where do these shortcodes come from, who provides them?

In Elementor, a template is created and assigned a shortcode so it can be inserted anywhere (example: [elementor-template id=”111″]. A “Shortcode” widget is inserted on the page, and the template’s shortcode is specified in its settings.

Same for me. While using Embed styles method – page styles not loading. I’ve tried inline CSS Styles, it works partially. But for some reason few Elementor modules does not support inline styles at all (Nested_Accordion particulary).

That wasn’t the question. I would like to know which shortcode you are using and who provides it. Does it come from a plugin, and if so, which one? Or, in other words, where is the PHP code that executes the shortcode located?

The reason for the question is that in order to reproduce this, we would need to know exactly what you are using. Without this information, it is difficult to assess.

Otherwise, I would recommend contacting the Elementor support forum, even though they will also ask you for the shortcode you are using: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/elementor/

Thanks for the replies, we’re waiting for the Elementor update.

The issue is if you create a “contianer” from elementor > template > create template , and add it via it’s shortcode to a page or a post , product etc … styles does not load for that rendered part.

its not about any other plugin or additional code. the page with a broken render “container” shortcode has also a broken menu widget if used.

there are absoulote relation between the a page with “container template” elementor short code and menu widget.

Im sure the is solved already but im sure the solution was to “Regenerate elementor css”, and the permanent solution is to disable elementor cache under perfeormance in settings
