[Plugin: WordPress.com Stats] API key error on .рф domain | WordPress.org

I have a WordPress website on a .рф domain. When I tried activated WordPress stats,
I’ve got an API key error:

Error from last API Key attempt:
Bad site URL (hostname invalid or unsupported)

Any help please?

WordPress.com Stats does not support domain names with non-ascii characters (IDN). We will consider adding support at some future date if they become significantly more popular.
