Hello there,
Thank you for your patience!
Since I cannot reproduce the issue on my test site, would it be possible for you to tell us more details about your issue? Could you please provide us with a screencast that demonstrates the issue?
This will be useful to us as we will better understand the issue you’re experiencing and provide you with better support.
I am looking forward to your reply!
Kind Regards,
Thank you for contacting us.
Below is a link to a video demonstrating the problem. Please note that this occurs:
- On all my client websites;
- In all widgets that have a slider function;
- The problem appears to be a JS conflict that prevents a smooth transition;

Hi there,
Thank you for contacting us.
Elementor Editor V3.32and V3.33 include several Accessibility Enhancements regarding respecting the visitor’s preferences about Reduced Motion. (See articles about V3.32 and V3.33)
When this setting is enabled in the Operating System’s Accessibility Settings (often also known as Animation Effects), Elementor Entrance Animations, Motion Effects, and Transitions will not run, following best practices for accessibility.
Please deactivate the Reduced Motion on your device.
Kind regards,
I understand. My Windows 11 does indeed have several effects disabled to optimize it.
Thank you very much for your help!
