Which field do you have the problem with?
“Quali servizi ti interessano?” and “In cosa ti possiamo essere di aiuto?”
Check your contact attributes settings. You should have corresponding attributes for the your-servizi and Cosa_occorre fields there. What attribute type is set on them?
On cf7 I wrote “your-servizi” and “Cosa_occorre”, on brevo, in the contact attribute, “servizi” and “cosa_occorre”

I tried to follow your instructions and set the attribute as a multiple-choice field, but when the user submits the form I don’t see the selected options. Instead, I see an empty field where I have to manually tick the values. What I want is: when the user fills out the form and selects two or more options, all the selected options should appear automatically in Brevo.
