pages order & page link

Ok, this is 2 questions about pages. I want to put my pages in a certain order, not from A-Z. I want to put my pages from the date I created them. Or I want to put the pages in any other order besides alphabetically.
My other question is about what to put in the link box to get a page to go to another page on my website. For example: my page ID for my Basics page ID when I’m in my edit’s page for Basics is-> http://sharkysworld.net/wp-admin/post.php?post=27&action=edit. Now when I was on my home-page, how to buy a house, I wanted to create a link to my basic’s page. When I put this exact page ID above it took me to the edit’s page. I want it to take me to the Basic’s page everyone else is going to see when they go to sharkysworld.net & hit the drop-down page list of Basics. I want to know the exact wording to put in the link box to get me to page 27.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
