Update from monthly starter to lifetime Ultimate

So the company I work for just completed a test (and found that it will work for our needs) and now would like to see if we can upgrade our “monthly starter” subscription to the “lifetime Ultimate’ subscription?

I’ve done the “support ticket” in my account with WPVibes as well as an email through the contact form and have’nt received and email in a few days now….
