    Hi,

    I’m setting up https://amazinglygooddeals.co.uk and need to set up shipping. I am using dropshipping services to fulfill orders and have several different merchants all with varying shipping/delivery charges.

    At the moment, i have 1 shipping zone (UK) with 5 shipping methods

    Tracked 24 £4.75
    Tracked 48 £4.75
    Free Shipping (Free)
    Courier (ParcelForce) £6.75
    Palletised £50

    I am having issues that when a customer from the UK places an order, it shows all 5 delivery methods, so they will naturally choose the free option.

    How do I add the shipping rate that is appropriate for the product ? For example, when I add an item of furniture like, https://amazinglygooddeals.co.uk/?product=pu-faux-leather-dining-chairs-set-of-2 i want the delivery to be the palletised charge of £50, but it currently shows all 5 options…

    I have set the shipping class as palletised in the Product Data set, but it still shows all 5 options.

    Ultimately, i need to know how to add the relevant delivery charge to the relevant product.

    The issue you’re seeing—where all shipping methods show up for every product—is common with the default WooCommerce setup. Here’s how you can show only the relevant shipping method for each product:

    Setting a shipping class on a product is only part of the process. You also need to configure each shipping method to charge based on that class, or restrict methods to certain products. For the built-in “Flat Rate” method, you can set costs per shipping class—but WooCommerce natively won’t hide non-matching methods on the checkout page.

    For your scenario (different methods for different products), it’s best to use a plugin like “Table Rate Shipping” or “Conditional Shipping and Payments.” These let you:

    • Show/hide shipping methods based on product shipping class, category, or other rules.
    • Assign the palletized £50 only to certain products, and hide Free Shipping or other irrelevant methods when those are in the cart.
