site settings button unresponsive

    Hi Elementor fans. Need your assistance on this, I am having issues with Site Settings button, it is unresponsive. I just want to custom breakpoints to other screen sizes.

    I tried troubleshooting: Turn on Safe Mode, clear cache of Elementor and browser, change browsers, rollback to previous Elementor versions, activatate Additional Custom Breakpoints. Any suggestions please.
