Precisely what we needed, and INCREDIBLE support!!!!

We needed to set up an online raffle on a short turn around time, and this seemed to be the best option. After playing with the free version, we bought the plug in within a few minutes, as it does exactly what it’s supposed to do.

I ran into an issue when implementing it, and could not figure it out for the life of me…I opened a support request via WhatsApp, and got much better than expected assistance. They were relentless in finding the issue (a DB config issue on my side), and we were up and running pretty quickly after opening the ticket. I’ve used several plug ins over the years, and this was by far support on a totally different level. We’re talking Messi level vs a 50 year old with bad knees separation of level!

Thanks to the team for their help…we’re a charity and doing an effort for a member who lost his wife, and this was a feel good moment to have this kind of help.
