    I have been using the free Royal Addons for Elementor for a while now and today I decided to upgrade to the Pro version. I paid for the lifetime membership, the payment was verified and went through. I received on screen that an email will be sent to me with the addon relevant downloads and setup instructions.

    The problem is that I have not received any emails and I have no access to any of the PRO features that I have paid for.

    I am trying to complete the development of our new website and this is putting me behind schedule. I have no idea where to access support on this matter.

    I really need some assistance ASAP or a refund if the services can’t be provided.

    I have already sent an email as you requested before I posted here and I am getting no reply back. This seems like a complete waste of time and money. You say you are ready to help but I am getting no help at all.
