    Dear Staff,
    Over the past few months, I’ve removed several products from my WooCommerce site, but I’ve noticed that they continue to appear in the feed generated by your plugin. Even though I try to delete all the products from Google Merchant Center, the next time I refresh the feed, they reload.

    The products in question no longer exist on the site and have been correctly 301 redirected to the new items. However, their presence in the feed causes problems in Google Merchant Center, as they display outdated prices, causing “price mismatch” errors when crawled by Google.

    Could you please tell me how to completely clean up your plugin’s feed so that only existing and updated products remain on my WooCommerce site?

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention! We’ll be happy to assist you in fixing this issue.

    To help us better understand, could you please go to your WordPress Dashboard > Marketing > Google for WooCommerce > Product Feed and check if the products you’ve already deleted are still appearing in that feed?

    Also, could you please share the name of one product that’s still appearing in your Merchant Center even though it has already been deleted?

    Please note that, To keep the product information displayed in Shopping ads and listings up-to-date, all products synced to Google Merchant Center expire after 30 days if they are not updated. A daily update job is scheduled to run at 3 AM (store time) to re-sync the expiring products and keep them active. A product is marked as expiring if it expires within three days

    Additionally, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

    • System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status

    hi

    the products that i stop to show on my gmc are, for example, these https://ibb.co/zT9hJ1GV and these are not in my feed, i deleted them about 1 month ago. But they are still in the gmc. I tried to delete all the product but after some times they appears again!

    Other, instead for example this https://pondot.it/capelli/shampoo/inebrya-shecare-repair-shampoo-riparatore-capelli-danneggiati-trattati-1000-ml/ if you open it you can choose from two types with different prices, but on GMC the price is the older one 14,90 €

    Hi there!

    Thank you for sharing the details about the issue. I’ve checked the System Status Report, and I can see that you’re using the Site Kit by Google plugin, which might be causing the issue.

    For testing purposes, could you please try disabling the Site Kit plugin and see if the issue persists?

    After that, Please try to reconnect your connection by following these steps:

    1. Go to https://example.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=connection-test-admin-page. (replace the example.com with your site url )
    2. Under Merchant Center, click MC Disconnect.
    3. Under Google Account, click Disconnect Google Account.
    4. Under Jetpack, click Disconnect Jetpack. (if available)

    Next, please go to your Google account’s security settingsremove all access permissions for WooCommerce, and then repeat the setup process in the plugin.
