    I’ve installed the plugin, but when I go to settings and is asks me to Register, I check the boxes next to Accept Terms and Receive Emails, but the Register button doesn’t work.

    We’d like to understand what exactly happened so we can reproduce the issue and make sure it doesn’t occur again. Could you please help us with the following details?

    1. Browser and version (e.g., Chrome 139, Firefox 130, etc.)
    2. Operating system (Windows / macOS / Linux)
    3. A screenshot or short screen recording showing what happens when you click the “Register” button
    4. Any error messages appearing in the browser’s Developer Console (you can open it with Ctrl+Shift+J or Cmd+Option+J)

    We’ve checked our logs and it looks like your player was successfully activated and content was generated, so the registration might have gone through despite the button not responding visually.

    To continue the investigation, could you please confirm you were able to see the player appearing on your site and if everything is working as expected?
